Covid-19 Relief Fund
The immediate needs identified for grants from the Covid-19 Relief Fund in Shasta, Siskiyou and Tehama counties include emergency food purchases, grocery store gift cards, support for production of personal protective equipment, infant and childcare supplies, and arranging for shelter and meals for those experiencing domestic violence or other unique circumstances.
“We continue to explore the most effective means to allocate donations to assist our North State neighbors currently facing hardships, food insecurity and providing for our medical healthcare workers.” said Kerry Caranci, Community Foundation CEO. “Our relationships with dedicated nonprofit service providers allow us to respond quickly in this unique time of need presented by the Coronavirus.”
