Nonprofit registration for North State Giving Tuesday begins Monday, August 21st, kicking off the two-month lead up to this online fundraising event. This year, North State Giving Tuesday is slated for November 28th from 6AM – 8PM. Over 180 local nonprofits will be accepting donations online at www.northstategives.org to further their work in our region. The event is brought to you by the Community Foundation of the North State and presented by Umpqua Bank.
The 14-hour North State Giving Tuesday online event kicks off the ‘charitable season’ and is fueled by the power of social media and collaboration. Generous local sponsors have made it possible for over $75,000 in prizes to be announced throughout the day. Strong donor support helps nonprofits win extra money and every gift counts.

In its 10th year, North State Giving Tuesday has raised over $7 million dollars to date for North State nonprofits. The Community Foundation helps organizations market themselves via the website platform www.northstategives.org.
