As our Program Officer, Megan stewards the grant program process and maintains positive relationships with fundholders and the north state’s nonprofit community.
Megan joined the Community Foundation of the North State’s team in Spring 2020 with 15+ years of experience rallying support for local and national nonprofits including Turtle Bay Exploration Park, Best Friends Animal Society, and Oregon Ballet Theater. She is a graduate of CSU Chico with a degree in Anthropology, a 2011 Redding “20 under 40” recipient, and a 2017 graduate of Leadership Redding.
Growing up in the pines of Paradise, Megan is most at home outdoors. In her spare time, you can find her with her husband and their dog as they hike, paddle board, snowshoe, and berry pick their way around the beautiful North State.
