Shasta County Office of Education Fund
The Shasta County Office of Education supports schools and the community to ensure Shasta County students receive a quality education preparing them for high school graduation and success in career and college. Student services are provided directly to special education and at-risk K-12 students. In addition, Early Childhood services provide support to over 20 County Office run preschools as well as support to qualifying families for private childcare programs. Professional development and mentoring programs are provided to teachers and administrators in the North State. Any donations to this fund can be designated for a specific County Office program to support students and educators in our region. Please note, the Community Foundation maintains separate funds for donations designated to the Whiskeytown Environmental School or the Schreder Planetarium.
