In her role as Administrative Assistant, Megan is the first point of contact at the Foundation answering the phone and a myriad of front desk duties.
Megan took a leap from serving the community with a career in dental assisting to becoming the Administrative Assistant for the Community Foundation. Moving away from her home state of Florida, she feels lucky to have settled in a place as beautiful as the North State. Megan loves helping others and is passionate about volunteering locally where she helps multiple animal rescue groups in Shasta County.
When she is not volunteering her time, she enjoys being at home with her husband and a house full of rescue animals. Her other hobbies are reading, hiking, and finding the best local spots to eat.
