The Resource Conservation District of Tehama County (RCDTC) received $32,000 in funding from the McConnell Fund to purchase a commercial masticator head to be used with other equipment for fire and fuels management projects in Tehama County.
The purchase also allowed the RCDTC to develop income from fee-for-service projects that can be used to develop additional fuel break infrastructure or forest health projects.
